Alberto Rigoni Announces Signature Bass by Gaetano Costanzo

Alberto Rigoni has teamed up with luthier Gaetano Costanzo to create a signature bass called the VPR5. Handmade in Italy, the bass is a five-string with 30 frets and a Seymour Duncan MM-style pickup. Its passive electronics feature volume and tone knobs as well as a switch to toggle the pickup between series, parallel, and single-coil modes.
The VPR5 is built with an alder body and an American maple neck and fingerboard. Other features include Gotoh tuners and a white finish, although other colors are available. It weighs in at just 6.4 pounds.
The VPR5 is built-to-order by Costanzo. For more information, contact the luthier by email.
