Sterling By Music Man Launches the Intro Series StingRay Bass

Sterling By Music Man Intro Series StingRay Basses

Sterling by Music Man has launched two new instruments in their Intro Series, including one bass: the Intro Series StingRay. The new series aims to bring the classic bass design to a highly accessible price.

“The Intro Series StingRay bass welcomes players new to the Sterling by Music Man family. At the heart of the bass is a ceramic humbucker with passive electronics for a familiar yet versatile tone,” the company writes. “Its narrow 40mm nut width and contoured body provide comfort, while the hard maple neck with a satin finish ensures smooth playability. The Intro Series StingRay blends a timeless sound with modern comfort, making it ideal for newcomers and experienced players alike.”

SBMM builds the Intro Series StingRay with a poplar body in four finishes – Black, Electric Blue, Misty Green, and Sunrise Orange. It’s available for order now for $249.99.
