SoloDallas Introduces the Orbiter Fuzz Pedal

SoloDallas Orbiter Fuzz Pedal

SoloDallas has introduced the Orbiter Fuzz Pedal, which they call a “meticulously crafted effects pedal designed to blend genuine vintage tones with user-friendly versatility.” The new stompbox takes its cues from the 1966 Arbiter Fuzz from its tone to its power. It has a unique power circuit that internally converts modern wall power to emulate the draw of a vintage carbon zinc battery.

The Orbiter Fuzz’s control layout includes a Fuzz knob, a Gain knob, and a Bias knob that modifies the voltage to its matched pair of transistors. “Lower voltages produce spitty Black Keys responses, while higher voltages create smooth American Woman fuzz,” the company says.

The SoloDallas Orbiter Fuzz is available now through the SoloDallas website for $249.
