Death By Audio Declares Bass War with New Bass Fuzz Pedal

Death By Audio Bass War Fuzz Pedal

Death By Audio has expanded its lineup of bass effects with the Bass War, a fuzz pedal they call a sibling to their Fuzz War pedal. The company says it delivers “everything from overdriven grit to distorted fuzz and even full-blown sonic destruction.”

Its control set includes Volume, which sets the overall output to up to +27dB, as well as Fuzz, Tone, and Mix knobs. The Tone control sweeps a deep notch filter for “radically reshaping” the fuzz sound for a wide palette. Finally, the Blend mixes your clean tone and the fuzz to help you retain your low end.

The Death By Audio Bass War is out now for $195.
