Basstardos: The Black Room Sessions

Basstardos may have a tongue-in-cheek name, but it’s an assembly of three of the most virtuosic bassists of our time. The group consists of Munir Hossn, Hadrien Feraud, and Michael Pipoquinha, who are joined by Cuban drummer and percussionist Israel Morales.

Hector Baños shared this video with us of the band’s performance for The Black Room Sessions in Miami, Florida. Together they perform some of the most face-melting grooves and solos over their 45-minute set.

Make sure you’re sitting down for this one.
