Duff McKagan Releases Three New Songs Ahead of Fall Tour

Duff McKagan

Guns N’ Roses bassist Duff McKagan has been focusing on his solo career over the past few years. He’s geared up for the next round of his “Lighthouse” Tour, which kicks off on November 4th, by releasing three new singles featuring punk legends Lee Ving, Joey “Sh*thead” Keithley, and Steve Jones.

All three songs are available now, with “All Turning Loose” with Ving and “My Name is Bob with Keithley being dropped as an exclusive 7-inch vinyl on his upcoming tour.

“‘All Turning Loose’ seems to highlight those times in life that you just wanna pull your [expletive] hair out! Lee Ving adds his pure brilliance…and it makes me so happy!” says Duff McKagan. “’My Name Is Bob’ is a fun rocker that seemed to write itself one day. Having Joey Sh*thead be my compatriot along for the ride is one of the best things that could ever happen.”

Check the live video of “Heroes” with Steve Jones of the Sex Pistols. While McKagan handles bass on the recorded tracks, bassist Mike Squires backs him up while he straps on the acoustic guitar.

McKagan will also have a live album, Live at Easy Street, coming out on Record Store Day on November 29th, 2024.
