Win Big for a Cause: Bass Upfront’s Charity Raffle Supports Musicians

Bass Upfront Charity Raffle Prizes

Here’s a chance to start your new year off right.

The online bass community Bass Upfront has reached 25,000 members. To celebrate, they’ve announced the 25,000 Member Milestone Charity Raffle, which features some outstanding prize packages.

Even better, every dollar from the raffle will go to Musicares.org, which supports musicians. “MusiCares provides a safety net of critical assistance for music people in times of need… treating each case with integrity and confidentiality,” their website explains.

For the full scoop and details of the raffle, we’ll turn it over to Bass Upfront founder David Sutkin:

“What started as an idea for a like-minded, respectful, global bass community just 2.5 years ago has grown into an incredibly vibrant group of over 25,000 passionate bass enthusiasts! None of us saw this coming but, in hindsight, it’s now obvious there was clearly a demand for such an online gathering place.

Bass Upfront isn’t just your random musician’s Facebook Page. It’s a haven for bass players, luthiers, amp and cab builders, and accessory creators. It’s a place where mutual respect and communal love for the low end seamlessly come together. The conversations range from insightful and educational to joyful, humorous, and heartfelt. The Bass Upfront community is 100% non-judgmental. We have as many worldwide renowned players, builders, and subject matter experts in our community as we do members who just picked up the instrument for the first time.

Whether you’re rocking a budget-friendly Harley Benton or a custom Ritter masterpiece, whether you’re just jamming at home or headlining stadium tours, you’re just as important to our community as anyone else.

To celebrate our 25,000 Member Milestone, we’re giving back once again! This charity raffle will help our fellow brother and sister musicians who need a helping hand. Every dollar raised goes directly to Musicares.org—an organization that has supported countless musicians in tough times. Many of us know firsthand how life can take an unexpected turn. We hope the money collected here, will help those in need. The world needs more kindness, and the bass player community will comes through.””
