First Look: Fender Returns to NAMM with Affordable Precision & Jazz Basses

Fender has made its return to the NAMM Show for the first time since the pandemic, and they brought plenty to share. First up is the Standard Series, a new affordable lineup that offers its trademark instruments for $599.99 across the board.
“Built to accompany players on their formative musical adventures, the Fender Standard Series delivers the approachable playability and inspiring tone that made Fender an icon of rock & roll,” the company writes.
The lineup includes, of course, a Precision Bass model and a Jazz Bass model. Each bass is built with a poplar body in a gloss finish. Their maple necks are fitted with either a rosewood or maple fingerboard, depending on the finish. They are offered in Olympic White, Black, and a Three-Color Sunburst, with each model having a unique color: the Precision comes in Candy Cola while the Jazz has an Aqua Marine Metallic option.
The Fender Standard Precision Bass and Standard Jazz Bass will be shipping in February for $599.99.

These reviews are helpful… BUT, it would be nice if you could include if a new line of instruments comes in lefty versions.
Thank you in advance ??
I like it especially the black and the red, they looks great
Why no Fender Ultra Precision 5 String?
