MonoNeon Drops “God Reason” – A Deep Dive into Life with Katt Williams, George Clinton & James Fauntleroy

MonoNeon has released tons of music, some serious and some not so serious. He’s just announced a new track called “God Reason,” in which he teams up with comedian Katt Williams, funk legend George Clinton, and GRAMMY-winning producer James Fauntleroy to look a little deeper into life.

The track was inspired by an interview with Williams in which he used the phrase “God Reason” as a “catchall explainer for phenomena in life.”

“The reason… God Reason… makes you question everythang, only to realize it was never meant to understand it, just live it and feel it,” the bassist explains.

After creating the track, he sent it to Williams, who then rapped on it. Clinton then added his intro, and Fauntleroy added a verse. Hear the track below and check out its trippy animated video.
