Bergantino NV410T: Sealed 4×10 Bass Cab with Ceramic Drivers for Tight, Classic Lows

Bergantino NV410T

Bergantino has launched a new bass cabinet called the NV410T, which takes inspiration from their NV610T while being designed from the ground up. The result is a “more compact, stage-friendly format” that preserves the tonal character of its predecessor.

“The NV410T offers big sound in a vertical, space-saving layout. Ideal as a single-cab solution, it enhances on-stage clarity at any volume,” the company shares. “Built from lightweight Italian poplar with a Baltic Birch baffle and extensive bracing, it offers durability and premium tone. A rugged grill adds to its bold, pro look.”

Bergantino loads the 1,000-watt NV410T with four 10-inch custom ceramic woofers, a hi-def adjustable tweeter, and a custom phase-coherent crossover. According to the product page, its sealed design offers “tight, focused lows, creamy mids, and clear highs.” Designer Jim Bergantino also focused on portability, fitting it with top-mounted handle, tilt-back wheels, and protective glides. “The additional top-mounted handle is strategically positioned at a comfortable height, allowing the player to just roll up, plug in, and play,” they add.

The NV410T comes in two Tolex finishes: Black Bronco with nickel corners and Black Cherry with black corners. It’s available for pre-order through the Bergantino website for $1,795.

I get a kick out of this whole “boutique” nonsense. It’s all the same couple of dollars worth of stuff that’s overpriced.
