Oteil Burbridge Expands the Jam: Oteil & Friends Announce 2026 Summer Tour
Bass guru Oteil Burbridge will be taking his solo band, Oteil & Friends, on the road this summer for a string of dates across the Northeast and Midwest United States. He announced the tour in an email.
“So excited to announce brand new Oteil & Friends 2026 dates!” he wrote. “Starting this May, I’ll be hitting the road with an incredible band featuring Steve Kimock, Johnny Kimock, Tom Guarna, and Lamar Williams Jr. — plus Melvin Seals and Jason Crosby on select dates!”
The run will kick off with two nights at the Ardmore Music Hall in Ardmore, Pennsylvania on May 9th and 10th. The run will head into New England as far as Boston, Massachusetts, before a week off and resetting in Louisville, Kentucky. From there, they’ll head north as far as Milwaukee, Wisconsin. The final date is set for Richmond, Virginia on August 1st.
Burbridge’s sets include original music as well as classics from the Grateful Dead, the Allman Brothers, and more. Check out his band blending “I Know You Rider” and Phish’s “Tweezer” at the Capitol Theatre on October 3rd, 2025.
