Fender x Loog Precision Bass Brings an Icon to Small Hands

Fender x Loog Precision Bass Ensemble

Fender is continuing to celebrate the Precision Bass’s 75th Anniversary this year with a collaboration with the children’s instrument brand Loog. The Fender® x Loog® Precision Bass features a compact 20.6-inch scale and three strings, making it comfortable for small hands while still delivering a real bass-playing experience. It also marks Loog’s first-ever bass.

“The Fender x Loog Precision Bass celebrates the original 1951 Fender Precision Bass, the world’s first mass-produced electric bass guitar, and marks Loog’s first step into the world of bass,” Fender shares.

The bass pays homage to the first Precision bass with a White Blonde finish, but also comes in Candy Apple Red, Sea Foam Green, and a limited-edition Hello Kitty Black. It features a poplar body, maple neck, and a single-coil pickup for connecting to an amp.

It ships with chord flashcards, a “Leo Fender For Kids” booklet, picks, and stickers. Purchasing the bass also gives access to the Loog learning app.

The Fender x Loog Precision Bass is available now for $229.
