Just in time for Valentine’s Day, Zander Zon grabbed his fretless and put together an amazing arrangement of Bonnie Raitt hit, “I Can’t Make You Love Me.”

Zander Zon wrapped up the first “season” of his Pandora’s Bass series with this video and arrangement of U2’s “With or Without You.”

Zander Zon and Tommy Lee Depp got together for Zander’s “Pandora’s Bass” series, and put together quite a video. This one features not only some incredible tapping but also some great musicianship by both.

Earlier this week, we featured a “Bass Battle” video between Davie504 and Charles Berthoud. Now Zander Zon has thrown his hat in the ring, with an awesome (and hilarious) video he created with Berthoud.

Zander Zon is back with a video he describes as the “2 GREATEST EVER classical pieces... but played on electric bass.” Those pieces include Bach’s “Cello Suite No. 1” and Pachelbel’s “Canon.” As always, he nails it.

The new season of Game of Thrones is creating quite a buzz. Leave it to Zander Zon to celebrate with an impressive arrangement of “Light of the Seven,” with his Harp Bass, bass guitar, and some pedals to create a beautiful soundscape.

Zander Zon is no stranger to the annual No Treble “reader favorites” list. We first featured Zander in 2009, and his unique approach garnered a lot of attention in the years since. This year, he lands at the #9 slot.

Zander Zon is back with another video featuring his new harp bass, built by Barton Basses. Zander describes this one as “The Most HAUNTINGLY BEAUTIFUL Movie Theme.” His control over the instrument – and the music – is just flat out amazing.

Zander Zon took Alan Walker’s song, “Darkside,” and made it is own with this amazing cover. “I’m tuned CEGE for this one and am using my ebow and loop pedal,” Zander shared. “I’m also doing a lot of percussion on this tune which hopefully sounds cool.” Sounds amazing.
