Stuart Clayton has released another video and preview of the upcoming revamp of his book Giants of Bass.

This time around, his focus is on bass legend John Entwistle.

“This track is a nod to classic tracks by The Who such as ‘The Real Me’, ‘Pinball Wizard’ and ‘Won’t Get Fooled Again’ – among others,” Stuart shared.

    Somehow I don’t quite find that 70’s jazz bass to be appropriate (sound wise) as the bass sounds a bit buried in the mix which Entwistle never was. Great playing though I,m sure the album will Kill.
