Slap Bass Legend Lee Rocker Hits the Road as The Stray Cats Announce 2026 Tour

Lee Rocker 2025

After cancelling a fall tour on account of Brian Setzer’s health, The Stray Cats will be back at it this summer with a U.S. tour. The band, anchored by slap king Lee Rocker, will kick things off July 24th in Las Vegas, Nevada and work their way into California and the Mountain States before darting across the country to the East Coast. The final date is slated for August 16th in Morristown, New Jersey.

“It’s good to be healthy and strong again,” Setzer says. “There’s something about the unique sound of The Stray Cats that keeps drawing me in. The Gretsch guitar, the acoustic bass, and the stand-up drums still sound pure and fresh today. Come on out and have some fun with us this summer.”

Rocker shared his enthusiasm, saying, “The Stray Cats are back and ready to blast off! It’s an amazing feeling to join up with Brian and Slim, hit the stage and Rock across America. No one can do it like us Cats, …… nobody comes close.”
