Muse Dig Deep on “Cryogen” as Chris Wolstenholme Unleashes Crushing Low End

Muse just dropped a live take of “Cryogen” from the O2 Arena, and this one is all about the low end. Chris Wolstenholme comes out swinging with a tone that is aggressive, saturated, and heavy.

He’s playing his signature Status bass with the glowing LED markers, which look killer on a dark stage and makes the whole thing feel even more intense. More importantly, the tone is huge. It is gritty and a little dirty but still super clear. The bass is not hiding in this mix.

If you like your bass loud, a little nasty, and impossible to ignore, check this one out.
