Boomtown Trio: Darkness Prowling
Monster double bassist Craig Butterfield has teamed up with the Boomtown Waifs to form the Boomtown Trio. The band, with Kelley McLachlan on guitar and Kristen Harris on violin, are an incredible match.
“Darkness Prowling” hearkens back to old fiddle tunes with blazing unison lines by Harris and Butterfield. Once again, the bassist plays with amazing facility that seems impossible on the bass.
