APB on Anthrax bassist’s missing bass

Frank Bello‘s custom-made, one of a kind “Angry Man” signature bass never made it with the band’s other gear when it arrived in Kawasaki, Japan. Bello is appealing for the return of the bass.

Anthrax stage crew member Willie Gee told Blabbermouth.net, “At some point during prep for the shows in Japan and South Korea, one of Frank’s basses, a custom-made, one-of-a-kind ‘Angry Man’ signature model wound up missing. When the gear arrived in Kawasaki, Japan, and the crew got to the venue, the case containing the bass and a few other items was missing. The equipment left en route to Japan somewhere around August 8th and the bass was discovered missing when we arrived in Japan at Club Citta in Kawasaki on August 15th.”
