Jack Bruce teams up with Pledge Music for new album

Jack BruceJack Bruce will be pairing up with a new direct to fan platform called Pledge Music to give fans a chance to be part of the release of a new live album and win lots of goodies. The album is an awesome live performance of his band The Cuicoland Express at the Melkweg (Milkway) in Amsterdam.

The project works by fans pledging money, and in return they receive the album “Jack Bruce & The Cuicoland Express Live at the Milkyway,” and private updates of the progress. Also included is access to “pledgers only” updates on the Pledge Music website where Jack will be regularly posting video updates, messages, and “a few other surprises.” In addition to that, for certain sized pledges there are different exclusive offers for fans, including signed copies of the CD, signed copies of his new biography, t-shirts, and the chance for a meet and greet at Ronnie Scott’s in London.

Pledge Music separates themselves from other direct to fan platforms by saying that they do not take any money from fans until the entire pledge target is met, and the band retains all the rights to their music. Jack will be donating a portion of his pledge profits to a charity he chose, which is the East Anglican Children’s Hospices.
