Anthony Crawford: Solo from Bass Bash 2012

The Bass Bash is an annual concert coinciding with NAMM, and it’s a great hang to meet bassists and listen to some killing music.

Here’s a great clip from the first night of the event of Anthony Crawford’s solo while his band played “Whatever It Is” by Soulive.

His band is rounded out by Ron Allen on drums, Kamasi Washington on sax, Mark Rodriguez on guitar, Menno De Boer on keys and Delton Davis playing percussion.

In his time with No Treble, Kevin has met hundreds of amazing bassists and interviewed icons like Jack Casady, Victor Wooten, Les Claypool, Marcus Miller, and more. He's a gigging bassist performing jazz in Northern Virginia and bluegrass with The Plate Scrapers up and down the East Coast. Kevin appreciates all genres of music, from R&B to metal and everything in between. Connect with Kevin on Facebook and check his performance schedule on his website.
