Janek Gwizdala – Live Solo Bass: NAMM 2012
Janek Gwizdala took the stage at TC Electronic’s booth during the NAMM 2012 show, and wowed the crowd with his solo bass awesomeness.
The performance starts with a nice laid back groove, and continues with some nice soloing (and singing) on top. Janek is playing his new Fodera.

I like that he doesn’t need to slap at 220bpm or tap something to keep our attention. Janek has very much got his own thing going on that I really dig.
I listened it once, twice, three times, four, five… one more time please. That song is so cool.
I agree don’t need to slap to impress anyone or to get some attention, although I like all styles of playing, to me less is more.
