Reverend Guitars Announces Meshell Ndegeocello Signature Fellowship Bass

Meshell Ndegeocello has a new signature bass from Reverend Guitars, aptly named the Meshell Ndegecello Fellowship Bass. Based on the Reverend Thundergun, the bass features set neck construction with a raised center ridge and reverse headstock.

The Fellowship bass is fitted with the company’s new P-Blade pickup, which they say extends low end and clarity. Its controls include a single stacked knob that controls both volume and tone. Finally, it’s finished in a Satin black with a rosewood fingerboard.

  1. I like it, but why must they put the head stock upside down, don’t like that. Tuning keys should be on top!

No way! Reversed headstocks are great. A super throwback to Hendrix! Not for every bass but it’s great here.

  2. One of the best funkiest bassist ever.

It looks weird, but if its her signature bass, it must play like a dream. She has definitely influenced me!
