Similar to the four-string, the fiver is fitted with a pair of EW-Retro humbuckers controlled with a 3-way switch. Its knobs are set up for a volume/volume/tone configuration. Other features include a bound maple neck, a rosewood fingerboard with shark teeth inlays, and a 30.5-inch scale.

The Eastwood Classic 5 Bass will go into production once their goal of $1,200 is met. It has a pre-order deposit of $150 with a final price of $599, which includes a custom gigbag. Eastwood says the bass is projected ship in March 2017.
