Berklee Bass Department: Deck The Hanukkah

It’s time for one of our favorite holiday traditions again. Steve Bailey and the Berklee Bass Department have once again sent us a video for the season, and it’s another great one.

This year’s track is a mashup entitled “Deck the Hanukkah” that features Bailey, Victor Wooten, John Patitucci, drummer Terri Lyne Carrington, and Aaron Hanson on some blazing rap lyrics. The video showcases the year’s happenings at Berklee. Be sure to check out Bailey, Patitucci, and Wooten having fun listening to the solos.

“Spreading holiday joy in a variety of languages, styles, groove, and notes,” the Berklee greeting card reads. “So many things for which to be grateful, individually, as a department, and as a college. Terri Lyne, John, and Victor along with Sandro and Steve and the rest of the BBD faculty, are wishing you a wonderful New Year.”

Happy holidays!
