Cody Wright Featured on “Toejam and Earl” Soundtrack

Toejam and Earl: Back in the Groove SoundtrackOld school gamers got super excited in 2016 when it was announced that the classic Sega Genesis game “Toejam and Earl” was going to get a new chapter called “Back in the Groove.” The game is still being finished up, but the super funky soundtrack performed by Cody Wright is now available.

Wright recreates some of the original grooves while building brand new ones for the upcoming game. “It was an absolute honor for me to be part of this, coming from playing the game since I was nine and having dreams about it and drawing the characters on my school papers,” Wright said.

The 31-song soundtrack is available now on vinyl and CD through The Funktron Shop. Both include a concept art book with work by Nathan Shorts.
