Deltron 3030: Nobody Can

Deltron 3030’s touring behind their album Event 2 can only be described as epic. The hip-hop trio of Dan the Automator, Del the Funky Homosapien, and DJ Kid Koala took a full band on the road.

No hip-hop would be complete without a fat bass line, and Juan Alderete was on hand to dish it out. Here’s a great clip of “Nobody Can” recorded at the Moog Sound Lab in 2014. Alderete sets the groove and just doesn’t quit.

In his time with No Treble, Kevin has met hundreds of amazing bassists and interviewed icons like Jack Casady, Victor Wooten, Les Claypool, Marcus Miller, and more.
