Primus Announces Final “The Desaturating Seven” Tour Dates

Les Claypool

Primus has been pounding the pavement in support of their latest rainbow goblin-themed album, The Desaturating Seven, for the better part of a year, but Les Claypool says a new batch of dates this fall will mark the end of the tour cycle.

“This will be the last Primus run for a bit as we will need to cool-out for awhile, recharge and work on our nunchaku skills,” the bass guru states. “So, if you want to get your Goblin Rock fix, now is the time to do so as it will be the last time to witness the glory of the Desaturating Seven production. See y’all on the highway.”

The band is currently on a co-headlining tour with Mastodon that will wrap up in July. The new fall dates will focus on the South, starting in San Antonio, Texas on September 22nd and wrapping up in St. Louis, Missouri on September 29th.
