Cort Guitars Introduces the Vintage-Styled GB54P Bass

Cort’s GB Series has a new member: the GB54P bass. The bass pays tribute to the classic P-style bass with vintage features including an alder body, a 9.45” fingerboard radius, a 20-fret hard maple neck, and its pickup.
“The GB54P’s vintage-style VTB-P pickup produces the timeless P-style bass sound that launched a musical revolution,” Cort states. “The resulting tone is warm and punchy, but also has the growl to suit almost any musical style. The pickup corresponds to a no-frills vintage-style bridge with ¾-inch string spacing.”
The bass has a Jatoba fingerboard with dot inlays and comes in either 2-Tone Sunburst or Sea Foam Pearl Green finishes. It will be available at a retail price of $379.
