Bergantino Introduces the forté HP Bass Amp
Bergantino expanded their bass amp line with the forté HP at the 2019 Winter NAMM Show. Building upon the existing forté, the new HP version offers 1,200 watts of power while weighing in at just 6.4 pounds.
Its preamp offers two drive circuits and built-in parallel compression for dialing in a massive sound. Tonal tweaking is controlled with a four-band EQ as well as a bright switch and variable low-pass (VLPF) and high pass (VHPF) filters for adjusting to your gigging environment. The forté HP is also a smart amp and has Bluetooth foot-switchable features including Drive, Effect, Bright, and Mute. A USB port on the front of the amp lets you upgrade its software.
For connectivity, it has an aux in, a headphone output, an effects loop, and a DI with software selectable pre or post EQ. The Bergantino forté HP will be available this spring with an introductory price of $1,399.
