Chowny Bass Reveals New NT Bass Series
Chowny Bass has relaunched their NT basses with the NT4 and the NT5. Four and five-string basses, respectively, the instruments are built with neck-through construction and a medium scale at 32.7 inches.
The necks on each bass are made from maple and walnut while the body wings are made from red cedar and maple. Their top is Indian Walnut for a beautiful darker look, which is continued in the ebony fingerboard.
For electronics, Chowny fits them with a pair of Aguilar DBC Humbuckers matched to an Aguilar OBP-3 Pre-Amp. Hardware includes Hipshot Ultralite tuners and a Hipshot Triple Lock bridge.
