Steven McDonald Pulls Double Duty on Upcoming Melvins/Red Kross Tour
The Melvins have announced a massive 10-week tour across the U.S. for the fall. Starting in San Diego on September 3rd, the trek will take them to the East Coast before circling back through the South and winding up in Las Vegas on November 5th.
Joining them on the trip will be Red Kross and Sweden’s ShitKid. The Melvins and Red Kross share a bassist in Steven McDonald, who will be pulling double duty on the tour. ShitKid is the project of Swedish artist Åsa Söderqvist and features bassist Lina Ericsson.
