Peavey Now Shipping the MAX 300 Bass Amp
Peavey has expanded its MAX series of bass amps with the 300-watt MAX 300 combo. The new unit is the most powerful amp in the series and has features to beef up its sound while remaining portable.
“The MAX 300 has a built-in Kosmos-C bass enhancement feature that adds harmonics and subharmonics for maximum tone,” a press release states. “Along with a three-band EQ, the combo also offers Overdrive, Contour, Mid-Shift, and Bright switches. Peavey’s DDT clip-limiting technology protects the speakers and is great for slapping techniques and other loud-playing scenarios.”
Other features include an effects loop, an XLR direct output, a built-in tuner, a mute, a 1/8-inch headphone output, and a 1/8-inch auxiliary input. It’s available now for $499.99.
