Asterope Announces Pro Bass Series Instrument Cables

Asterope has announced a new line of cables created for bass players called the Pro Bass Series. The company says they utilize decades of R&D to deliver fuller, rounder and richer tones while preserving warm mids and clean highs.
“These cables are built with extensive braided shielding, non-metallic connector barrels… reducing reflection, a durable exterior jacketing to protect the integrity of the architecture of the conductors, ultra-pure silver solder, and undergo a proprietary process to increase clarity and enhance electron flow,” Asterope writes, adding that the cables are directional.

The Pro Bass Series cable comes with either two straight connectors or a straight connector and a right-angle connector. They come in seven lengths: 6′, 10′, 12′, 15′, 20′, 25′, and 30′. They are built in the United States and range in price from $100 to $220.
