During the 2019 NAMM show, there was an epic jam at the Baked Potato Jazz Club in Studio City, California. Guitarist Alex Skolnick, cellist Tina Guo, along with bassists Mohini Dey and Stuart Hamm, took the stage and lit it up.
Dio Hologram Tour Includes Bassist Bjorn Englen
The late Ronnie James Dio is returning to the stage this year. Eyellusion has announced the Dio Returns Tour, which will feature a hologram of the singer performing alongside the DIO band, which features Bjorn Englen on bass.

Eastwood Guitars Now Shipping Newport Bass
Eastwood Guitars is now shipping the Newport Bass, which is a tribute to a vintage bass from the ’60s. The EPI bass guitar, or EB-S, was manufactured between 1961 and 1969; and this example comes from the middle year, 1965.

It’s been 11 years since The Raconteurs released an album, but this year they’re fixing that. “Help Us Stranger” will be released on June 21st, with bassist Jack Lawrence. The band announced a tour in support of the album.
