Zac Brown Band Announces New Tour with Matt Mangano
Zac Brown Band will be performing across North America in 2020 on a trek the bandleader is calling the “Roar With The Lions Tour.” Featuring support from Gregory Alan Isakov and St. Paul and The Broken Bones, the tour’s name is symbolic of the bandmembers.
“Our summer tour is inspired by the folklore surrounding the figure of the lion. I am a Leo, and all of the guys in the band are lions,” Brown wrote. “They exemplify strength, courage, intelligence, and loyalty, and work in tandem to defend their territory and one another. The crowd is our pride – rooted in togetherness and fiercely loyal. They always show up for each other, no matter what, just like our fans always show up for us. We can’t wait to hear you roar with us!”
The Zac Brown Band is anchored by bassist Matt Mangano, who joined the group in 2014. Together, they’ll hit the road in May starting in New England and cross the U.S. with a pair of dates in Canada.
