Martin Miller Session Band: Purple Rain
The Martin Miller Session Band is back with another cover. This time around, the group (which features special guest Mark Lettieri on guitar) performs their take on Prince’s “Purple Rain.”
“We finally covered our most requested song and it was a massive pleasure to have one of our favourite musicians join us on it – the amazing Mark Lettieri from Snarky Puppy,” Miller shared.
Benni Jud pulls double duty on this one, handling the bass and lead vocals.
Instrumentals were absolutely awesome and spot on! The only thing missing was a little falsetto with the vocals. Great piece and even greater tribute to a marvelous artist!
