Steve Bailey and Victor Wooten to Host Free Webinar with Oteil Bubridge and John Patitucci

They’re at it again! Steve Bailey and Victor Wooten will be joined by Oteil Burbridge and John Patitucci for a Zoom webinar called “Utility Shed.” The discussion, which is a free event, will take place Thursday, June 11th at 1pm Eastern. They’ll be discussing bass essentials, career survival, and changing the world.

“Four musicians whose playing resumes run the gamut: from Dizzy Gillespie, Chick Corea, and Wayne Shorter…all the way to Bela Fleck, the Dead, and Jethro Tull…with Willie Nelson, Allman Brothers, and Paul Simon, thrown in,” the seminar description states. “They also are solo artists with multiple solo albums and projects to their credit. As educators, 3 are part of the Berklee Bass Team, and all 4 have taught clinics and masterclasses around the Globe. All 4 are stylistic innovators, known for developing individual and unique techniques, but at the core, they are all ‘how can we help you’ Bass Players, ultimately focused on making the Band sound great!”
