Electro-Harmonix Announces the 1440 Stereo Looper Pedal
Electro-Harmonix has expanded their line of looper pedals with the 1440 Stereo Looper. The new unit allows for 1,440 seconds (24 minutes) or stereo recording time with the ability to store 20 loops.
It features uncompressed audio with 24-bit A/D/A and a 44.1 kHz sample rate. EHX fitted it with Level, Tempo, Overdub, and Mode knobs for setting your loops. Built-in effects like Reverse and Octave are engaged with independent buttons while a 1-Shot Button lets you playback a loop one time before it stops. Other features include unlimited overdubbing, an optional external footswitch for selecting loops and undo/redo, an adjustable loop fadeout time, and loop synchronization to an external MIDI clock. A USB connection allows you to download and upload loop audio files.
