Edgar Pagan with Jimmy Haslip: Taino Spirit
Jimmy Haslip shared a video on Facebook the other day from Edgar Pagan and the song “Taino Spirit”.
So of course, I immediately clicked on it.
In this clip, Haslip plays a Cuatro and percussion. He also produced the tune. Pagan says the song is in honor of the Indigenous people of the Caribbean.
I love this sound!
