Spector Unveils NS Pulse II Basses

Spector NS Pulse II 4-String Bass

Spector has launched a new set of basses in its NS Pulse series with the NS Pulse II. The four- and five-string basses now have three new matte finishes (Black Stain, Black Cherry, and Ultra Violet) while the new six-string model comes in Black Stain.

“NS Pulse II basses feature a highly figured quilted maple top and swamp ash body paired with a three-piece roasted maple bolt-on neck, complete with a Macassar ebony fingerboard,” Spector writes. “The roasting process results in a neck that provides enhanced stability & resonance, while the Macassar ebony fingerboard ensures clear note definition and projection.”

Other common features include a set of EMG active pickups and Spector’s TonePump Jr. preamp. The Spector NS Pulse II basses are available now with prices ranging from $1,299 to $1,499.
