Aguilar Introduces the Storm King Distortion/Fuzz Pedal
Aguilar Musical Instruments has unleashed a new distortion/fuzz pedal called the Storm King. Named after Storm King Mountain in the Hudson Valley, the micro pedal draws from the Tone Hammer amp’s drive circuit but is pushed to the limits.
The pedal has Gain and Master volume controls with a Shape knob that sweeps a wide set of tones that Aguilar describes as “a light tube-like saturation to an aggressive, dirty ripped-speaker tone and everything in between.” Additionally, a Kick button serves as a frequency boost for more presence and punch, they say.
The Aguilar Storm King is available now for $179.99.
