Bass of the Week: Jersey Girl Handmade Guitars Goose Zerock
Jersey Girl Homemade Guitars is a small team of builders based in Japan that has been making astonishing instruments for over thirty years. One of their latest builds is a showstopper.
This Goose Zerock model has a light ash body and a top made from Anigre, a tropical hardwood from Western Africa. It has a maple neck and an ebony fingerboard with unique offset block inlays. Another beautiful touch is the inlays across the body and headstock, adding shape and movement to its design.
Its pickup cover houses two original single coils with a two-way switch for toggling between series and parallel modes.
