Greg Phillinganes: NAMM 2023 Jam with Alex Al
With the NAMM Show coming up in January, I figured it would be fitting to visit some jams from past NAMM shows. Greg Phillinganes is joined by Donald Barrett on drums, the great Alex Al holding down the low end, Tariqh Akoni on guitar, and Dave Delhomme on second keys. The set starts off with the Stevie Wonder classic “Contusion,” and ramps up from there.
The band also throws in a few improv jams, in true NAMM fashion. I know you will enjoy this one as much as I did!
