Ed Friedland is a mainstay in the bass community. They call him “The Bass Whisperer,” and we know him from his countless reviews of all kinds of bass gear over the years.
In this clip, Friedland (on double bass) covers the Oscar Pettiford tune “Tricrotism.” The tune also features Kevin Ravellette on sax and my friend Kenji Lancaster on drums.
