Pete Griffin: 9th Floor Walkup
Back in March we interviewed Pete Griffin about his new solo EP, Pete Griffin and His Lab Rats. The four-song collection is incredible, but the groove for “9th Floor Walkup” is one that stuck with me, so I was pumped to find this playthrough video.
The song began as an exercise in playing 9th intervals and quickly grew into a full-on jam. Just like the rest of the album, the incredible production leads to a full soundscape that draws you into the details.
Give this a watch and then get the EP via Bandcamp, Apple Music, and Amazon.
