Fuchs Audio has expanded its bass cabinet lineup with a new 1×12″ unit. The FAT112 features a ported design and can be ordered with either a Neodymium or Ferrite-style speaker.

The FAT112N Neo cabinet is fitted with a Celestion BN-12-300 driver and is rated at 300 watts. Its lighter weight driver leads to a lighter weight at just 18 pounds. The FAT112C ceramic cab, on the other hand, is rated at 500 watts and weighs 23 pounds. Both have an impedance rating of 8 ohms.

“These cabinets are an extremely compact 16 x 16 x 13.5 deep, with a single tuned rear port, internal acoustic treatment, a metal powder-coated speaker grill with Fuchs logo, dual Neutrik Speakon and ¼” (combination jacks), and feature Penn-Elcom hardware throughout,” Fuchs writes. “Molded plastic locking corners allow for stable stacking, while a recessed steel handle is top mounted for easy one-handed transport.”

The Fuchs Audio FAT112N and FAT112C are available now at prices of $999 and $950, respectively.

Fuchs Audio FAT112 Bass Cabinet Features:
