I got an advance listen to Tony Levin’s new album, and I’ve been digging it.
Now, he’s released his first video, which is super cool.
The album’s lineup is amazing. This track includes Manu Katché (drums), Dominic Miller (guitar), Pete Levin (keyboards), and Alex Foster (sax).
The album drops on September 13th.

Sucks to see your heroes fail to display solidarity against the exploitation of artists of a different stripe. Oh well, it’s not *his* livelihood being destroyed, right?
WHAT ARE YOU TALKING ABOUT THIS IS GREAT
I am talking about how there is no ethical use of generative A.I. The datasets are stolen. This video is created from laundered assets, swiped from real artists and then homogenized into something “new” which takes work away from those same artists. It’s indefensible.
