KLOS Guitars Introduces the Apollo Custom Bass Series

KLOS Guitars Apollo Custom Series Basses

KLOS Guitars launched their first bass back in 2021 with the Apollo. Now, the company has expanded its low-end lineup with the Apollo Custom lineup. The series features a wooden body with a carbon fiber neck in four-, five-, and six-string models.

“The consistent structure of the carbon neck allows you to tune less and play more,” the company states. “Every fret sings, reverberating vibrant, clean tones through the wooden body anywhere you want to play it.”

Each comes with lots of options. The body can be paulowina, mahogany, or a chambered mahogany body in a variety of finishes with a flame maple top. They can be ordered fretted or fretless with a composite ebony board.

KLOS offers three electronics packages: their own Blackout pickups in a passive setup, their Blackouts with an active/passive preamp, or the Fishman Fluence system. Further add-ons include a maintenance kit, an accessory package, a silent cable, a fretless neck, a Hipshot Drop tuner, or neck engraving.

The KLOS Guitars Apollo IV, V, and VI Custom Basses are available for order now starting at $2,499.

It’s funny seeing the words custom and series in one sentence.
