Jason Raso Pays Tribute to the Beatles on “Blue Jay Way”

Jason Raso: Blue Jay Way

If you’re a fan of the bass and The Beatles, you’ll want to check this out. Bassist Jason Raso has released a new album called Blue Jay Way that features 12 Fab Four classics arranged for bass, vocals, drums, and trumpet.

Raso got a little help from his friends for the record. Fellow bassist Matt Bissonette (Elton John, REO Speedwagon) contributes bass and vocals, while his brother Gregg Bissonette (Ringo Starr, David Lee Roth) is on drums and trumpet.
