MayFly Sunset Is an All-Analog Bass Amp Simulator Built for Studio and Stage

Mayfly Audio Sunset Bass Amp Simulator

MayFly Audio has introduced the Sunset Bass Amplifier Simulator, an all-analog pedal that boasts zero latency. With a full EQ section, the company says it’s designed to replace your amp both on the stage and in the studio.

“If you need a full sounding amp simulator with a lot of EQ, the Sunset is for you. It features a five band equalizer with Treble, Bass, Parametric Midrange (with frequency and level controls), Resonance (for ultra lows), and Presence (for ultra highs),” MayFly writes. “All are carefully tuned for bass guitar. But don’t let that hold you back if you’re a keyboard player. Pianos and synthesizers sound great with the Sunset!”

Gain and Master Volume controls allow you to set your levels or even add compression and growl. The Sunset has both 1/4-inch and XLR outputs to send your signal to a PA or digital workstation. Get more about the pedal from Trevor May of MayFly Audio.

The MayFly Audio Sunset Bass Amplifier Simulator is out now for $210.
